Youth round-up


The finalists of the 2009 Scottish Hydro Under 14 Development Trophy will be decided this weekend, with both the North and South semi-finals taking place in Caol, Fort William and Drumnadrochit.

In the North, a round robin of games will be played between the winners of leagues A, B and C, which this year are Strathglass, Skye and Kinlochbervie.  Weather permitting, these matches will take place in Drumnadrochit this Saturday, 5th September from 11.00am.

In the South, the semi-final is contested by league D and E winners, Kilmallie and Milngavie and Bearsden at Canal Parks, Caol.  Throw-up for this match is 1.30pm.

The final of the Scottish Hydro Development Trophy will proceed following the Scottish Hydro Camanachd Cup Final on Saturday 19th September, at Mossfield Park, Oban.

The final of the Kenneth MacMaster Cup, between Fort William and Skye, will also take place on the 19th, it will precede the Scottish Hydro Camanachd Cup Final, with throw-up at 11.15am.

Due to the snow the Lovat Cup match which was scheduled for Saturday 2nd January has been cancelled.
The Oban based Macaulay Camanachd Association has secured a new three year sponsorship deal with the investment management company Artemis.
