AGM 2013 – Call for Motions & Board Director Nominations

REMINDER: The Annual General Meeting of the Camanachd Association will take place on Friday 26th April 2013 at the Moorings Hotel, Fort William at 7.30pm.
Member Clubs and Associations have been invited to submit proposed amendments to the Memorandum, the Articles of Association or the Rules of Play or any further proposals for consideration by the AGM. These require to be intimated to the Camanachd Association in writing at least 8 weeks before the event and therefore must be received in a form that can be put forward to the meeting and on which a vote can be taken by 5pm on Friday 1st March 2013.
Following the above, at least six weeks prior to the date of the Annual General Meeting, notice shall be given to voting Members of any proposals received plus an invitation for voting Members to submit any relevant counter-proposals or amendments to the amendments. These counter proposals or amendments to the amendments should be submitted to the Camanachd Association in writing by 5pm on Friday 29th March and presented in a form that can be put forward to the meeting and on which a vote can be taken.
The Camanachd Association has also invited nominations for the position of Board Director. There are three Board Director vacancies available. For further information and a nomination form, click here.
The full agenda and final AGM papers will be sent to all voting Members not less than fourteen clear days before the meeting i.e. by 11th April 2013.
