Milngavie & Bearsden Development Competition

Milngavie & Bearsden Shinty Club was established in 1998. Since it’s early origins it has held an annual tournament for primary aged children that come from all over Scotland. Four years ago it introduced a further category of competition for Development children (for primary 1-3). This is now one of the most popular categories, with more teams entering every year. The club provide refreshments for all teams and spectators.Our annual one day tournament is on Saturday 8th September at 10am at Auchenhowie Sports Club. We would like to invite you to enter teams in the following categories:
Primary 7 and under
Primary 5 and under
Development (P3 and under)
This is the last tournament for last years teams (so if you have a player that is just about to start 1st year, they would still be entitled to play at P7 level). Could you let the club know your entries by September 3rd so that the fixtures can be compiled.
There will be refreshments as usual and drinks available from the bar. The Club would ask that once you have arrived at Auchenhowie, could you please register your club at the table in front of the building so that the games can get started as soon as possible.
