Newtonmore win 2012 Orion Group Premiership

Congratulations to Newtonmore, who clinched the 2012 Orion Group Premiership title following a two goals to nil victory over Glenurquhart on Saturday.
First half goals from Danny MacRae and Chris Sellar gave Newtonmore the win they required to clinch their third league title in a row. It was also the last match in charge for Norman “Brick” MacArthur and his assistant Willie Menzies as well as trainer Stewart MacKenzie, who have all retired.
The trophy and medals were handed over by Camanachd Association President Archie Robertson.
